A lighter Shiraz, then something you maybe familiar with, this wine was small batch produced - cold soaked for two days then fermented on skins and hand plunged using naturally occurring yeasts.
Aged in barrels for only 20 months then bottled with no fining or filtration.

All our wines are made with grapes grown with biodynamic and organic principles, hand picked, and made with low intervention and minimal sulfites at bottling.
